All You Need To Know

  • How do we make a booking?
    You can make a booking by filling out our online reservation form on our website, contacting our customer service team via phone or email, or using our mobile app (if available). Provide us with your travel details, and we'll take care of the rest.
  • What are the methods of payment available?
    We accept credit or debit card payments via a secure payment link, providing you with a convenient and hassle-free way to pay for your transportation services. Additionally, we also accept bank transfers and cash to accommodate your preferred payment method.
  • Once a booking is made, what is the confirmation process?
    If you have been quoted and the price has been agreed upon, the booking is to be confirmed with a 50% advance payment. A receipt will be duly issued for your records. For one-time airport transfers, we also accept the booking without advance payment, and you can pay cash at the start of the trip for your convenience.
  • What is our cancellation policy?
    Our cancellation policy may vary depending on the type of reservation and the timing of the cancellation. We understand that plans can change, so we strive to offer flexible cancellation options whenever possible.   • Are we a registered business?
    Yes, we are a registered and licensed luxury transportation company. Our business registration number is P V 00249017. This ensures that we operate in compliance with all relevant regulations, providing you with peace of mind when booking our services.
  • What luxury vehicles do you offer?
    We offer a fleet of luxury vehicles including the Toyota Voxy and the Toyota Hiace Super GL vans with reclined seating and individual safety belts.
  • Where do you provide transportation services?
    We provide transportation services to various destinations, including airports, hotels, corporate events, and special occasions across Sri Lanka. Our vehicles are based in Colombo and Negombo.
  • How far in advance should I book?
    We recommend booking your luxury transportation as far in advance as possible to ensure availability, especially for peak times and special events.
  • Can I customize my trip?
    Yes, we offer customizable trips to cater to your specific needs and preferences. Just let us know your requirements, and we'll tailor the experience accordingly.
  • What safety measures do you have?
    We prioritize passenger safety and adhere to stringent safety protocols. Our chaffeurs are trained professionals, and our vehicles undergo regular maintenance and daily inspections. Each vehicle is also equipped with a first aid kit and fire extinguishers. Our vehicles have tracking devices and are equipped with both front and rear external facing dash cams. Our vehicles are also equipped with safety flares, safety vests and safety triangles in the event of a roadside emergency.

  • Do you offer airport transfers?
    Yes, we provide airport transfer services to and from all major airports in our service area. We ensure timely arrivals and departures to make your travel experience stress-free. We offer airport concierge services inside the terminal with welcome name boards and a meet and greet service. Alternatively the guests may opt to be picked up near the post office outside the terminal complex Our airport transfers are priced per vehicle and and not per passenger.
  • How can I get a quote?
    You can request a quote by filling out our online form, calling our customer service team, or sending us an email (konectme@gokonect.net) with your transportation requirements. We'll promptly provide you with a customized quote based on your needs.
